RWHS Surgical Technician

Shift: Varied Shift - 4x10

As an RWHS Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in the operating room by handling the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures. You will begin to develop an understanding of the procedures being performed and start to anticipate the surgeon's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and organization of the operating room.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Develop an initial understanding of various surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon during operations.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Please do not submit first-time travelers. Regional West operates on Low/Mid/High performer expectations; if it is determined a traveler is not performing to meet those expectations, the contract will be terminated immediately.
