Travel RN - Med Surg

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN in Med Surg with experience in patient care. This is a Day shift position with a schedule of 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, and requires availability every other weekend. The ideal candidate must meet the necessary requirements and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
• Maintain patient ratio of 6 to 1.
• Possibly float to other units as needed.
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation.

Requirements

• Current Compact or AL RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in Med Surg is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• Mileage: Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility.
• Submission must include home address and SSN.

Facility Information

• Open position due to special occasion, internal vacancy, or leave coverage.
• Number of beds: TBD.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Full-Time Position: 1 available.

Additional Details

• Position may require floating to other units based on facility needs.
• Onboarding details will be coordinated after hiring.
