Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Med/Tele

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiac Med/Tele unit. This is a night shift position offering 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with 36 or 48 hours available per week. Candidates will have the opportunity to work either 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Med/Tele unit.
• Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.
• Be flexible to meet the facility's scheduling needs, including floating to other units if necessary.
• Participate in charge nurse duties after completing training.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
• Preferred Experience: 2 years of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
• License and Certifications: Active NY RN license, NIH Stroke certification, AHA BLS certification.
• Must have 2 years of U.S. work experience for non-U.S. candidates.

Contract Details

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 91 contract weeks
• Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
