Job Title: Rehab RN - Nights

Shift Details

Join our team as a Rehab RN working night shifts! This position features a 4x12-Hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30.

• Options for 36 or 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend coverage required
• 1-year nursing experience required
• Unit welcomes first-time travelers
• Patient Ratios: 1:8

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
• LTAC Experience: Preferred
• Trauma Level I & II Experience: Preferred
• Charting System Experience (Preferred): Epic

Skills Needed

The following skills are crucial for this role:

• Acute Inpatient Rehab
• Patient Management for various conditions (e.g., Angina, CVA, Parkinson’s, etc.)
• Care and management of patients with mechanical ventilation
• Patient Teaching and Diabetic Education
• Assistance with mobility and fall risk assessments
• Wound care and management
• IV therapy and blood administration
• Administration of medications (Diuretics, Insulin protocols, etc.)
• Basic life-saving measures and emergency response

Unit Details

The unit will provide:

• Interdisciplinary support including IV teams and phlebotomy
• A focus on adult patient care
• A structured environment that promotes professional growth

Floating and Orientation

• Travelers may be required to float to like units based on facility needs.
• A brief orientation will be provided for all travelers.
