X-ray Technician Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated X-ray Technician to join our team on a night shift schedule. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a Magnet Facility and Level II Trauma Center, providing essential imaging services for patients of all ages.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Night 4x10-Hour (Monday - Thursday, 19:00 - 05:00)
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks
• On-call Requirement: No
• Weekend Requirement: No

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT R
• Skills Required:
  • Fluoroscopy preferred
  • Experience with various X-ray procedures such as Abdomen (supine, upright), Barium studies, and more
• Patient Care Experience: Experience with all age groups (Neonates, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics)

• Parking: Free parking on-site

Unit Information

The position requires working in various settings including ED, Trauma, OR, Fluoroscopy, and Portable imaging. There is no call required.

Travel Compliance

• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility
• Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
• Valid state license required (can submit with pending license)

Application Requirements

• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last three years
• Copy of certifications and specific charting experience required
