7PM - 7AM

Unit Information:

• Location: ICU
• Address: 504 Medical Center Blvd, Conroe, 77304
• Floor: 3rd ICU
• Building: 504 Building
• Number of Beds: 30
• Number of Staff: 82
• Charge Nurses: 2
• Nurses: 15 (subject to acuity and 1:1 needs)
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1
• Type of Equipment: CRRT, IABP, Impella (not mandatory for contracts)
• EMR: Meditech

Job Responsibilities:

As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will be expected to:

• Monitor patient vital signs and health status
• Administer medications and manage cardiovascular drips
• Assist with procedures such as thoracentesis, arterial line, and central line placement

Qualifications:

• Required Skill Set:
• ICU experience with ventilator management
• Experience managing cardiovascular drips
• Preferred Skills:
• Neuro experience
• Required Certifications:
• ACLS
• BLS

Additional Information:

• Floating Areas: IMU
• Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
• On-Call: No on-call duty
• Guaranteed Hours: 91 contract weeks available
