Shift: 3-12 nights, 1830-0700

Contract Duration: 91 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team in Lake Geneva, WI. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families during one of the most critical times in their lives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per established nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Document patient care according to standards and regulations.
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department or unit.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units or departments as needed.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and optimal patient experience.
• Engage in professional nursing practices, peer review, and shared governance activities.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN License.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• NRP certification.
