Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The House Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that high standards of patient care are maintained, and that staff are supported and guided throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the facility during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Support nursing staff by providing guidance and troubleshooting patient care issues.
• Facilitate staff communication and ensure a collaborative working environment.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and employee performance evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, representing the needs and concerns of both parties.
• Respond to emergency situations with sound judgment and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
