Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a current Hawaii Nursing License and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Contract Length: 15 weeks
• Schedule: Nights - 3 twelve-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation
• Department: 28 bed ER department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Urgency: Normal
• Guaranteed Hours: No guarantee of hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a patient-centered approach in all interactions
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Nursing License
• Experience in the emergency department preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care
