Travel Labor and Delivery RN Position

Shift: 18:45 - 07:15

Location: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Contract Duration: 91 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing high-quality nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Monitor mother and infant health and respond to any complications as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the labor process and postpartum care.

Requirements

• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with additional postpartum/antepartum experience preferred.
• Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Information

This position requires availability to float to other units as needed. Details regarding the number of beds in the facility and the specific work schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
