Position Title:

Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

Shift:

Days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Required)

Duration:

13 Weeks (Start ASAP)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a medical-surgical setting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Med Surg RN required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in PIV starts, port access/de-access, NG tube insertion, and care.
• Skilled in chest tube care, foley catheter management, and wound care.
• Experience in caring for patients with PICC lines and venous access ports.

Additional Information:

• Floating among units may be required.
• 48-hour weekly guarantees will be considered.
• Blocked scheduling requests will be taken into account but may not be guaranteed.
• Maximum amount of Request Time Off (RTO): 1 week.
• Scrub color: Any solid color.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: MedHost.
