Job Opening: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray & CT)

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position requires proficiency in both X-Ray and CT imaging, with responsibilities for delivering high-quality care across various patient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray and CT exams for outpatients, emergency department, and inpatients as ordered.
• Participate in on-call rotation, typically covering two shifts per month from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards while performing imaging procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort.
• Assist in surgical settings and provide trauma imaging as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports in the electronic medical record (CERNER).

Requirements

• ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with 2-5 years preferred in surgery and trauma imaging.
• Willingness to work all holidays and occasional requests for time off (RTO); maximum of 2 weeks RTO allowed.
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility for travel assignments.
• Scrubs required in any color except camouflage.
