**Job Title: Surgical Technician CVOR** **Location:** Harrisburg, PA **Shift:** AM, 10 hours **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician with expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures. The ideal candidate will have a certification in surgical technology and possess substantial experience in CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) procedures. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in various CVOR surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment. - Provide support to surgical teams during operations with high attention to detail. - Prepare and maintain the surgical instruments and equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment. - Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations during surgical procedures. - Participate in on-call responsibilities, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. **Requirements:** - Certification as a Surgical Technician is required. - Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in CVOR, with documented evidence in your resume. - Experience with CABG procedures is mandatory. - Must be eligible for Act 73 clearances; recommended to initiate fingerprinting process upon job offer acceptance to prevent delays (non-PA residents must have resided in the state for at least 2 years). - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. **Why Choose Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
