**Job Title: Labor & Delivery Nurse** **Shift: Night (3x12-Hour Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00)** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) Nurse to join our dynamic team within an Acute Care Hospital environment. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery, nursery, or women’s health. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality care to expectant mothers throughout labor and delivery processes. - Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs, utilizing internal fetal monitoring as needed. - Implement and follow evidence-based practices in labor management, delivery, and postpartum care. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Meditech charting system. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery, nursery, or women’s health. - Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP. - Valid nursing license in the state of practice. - First-time travelers are encouraged to apply. **Unit Details:** - Patient Ratios: 1:4 - Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital - Trauma Level: III - Total Staffed Beds: [To be provided based on specific hospital details] **Additional Information:** - Free parking available on-site. - We prefer no calendar week off requests; all time-off requests should be submitted with your application. **Why Choose Us:** At ARMStaffing, we prioritize our nurses' wellbeing and professional development.
