**Job Description: Mother-Baby RN** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mother-Baby RN to join our team in an acute care setting. This position involves working primarily the 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with the potential for day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM as needed. **Unit Overview:** - Our unit consists of 9-10 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1:3, providing comprehensive care for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients all in the same room. - We support approximately 40-50 births per month and assist with our own C-sections. **Shift Requirements:** - Primary shifts will be 7 PM to 7 AM, with an expectation of rotating into the day shifts as required. - A schedule of 36-40 hours per week is guaranteed, with evening and night shifts every weekend. **Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Additional Information:** - Charting system utilized: MEDITECH 6.1 - Minimum requirement: Must hold an active nursing license.
