**Job Title: ED/Med/Surg Registered Nurse** **Shift: 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM** **Schedule: Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation (including at least 1 holiday during assignment)** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department/Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical unit. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention. - Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. **Qualifications:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Prior experience in an Emergency Department or Medical-Surgical setting is preferred. - Up-to-date immunizations and health assessments as required. **Health & Compliance Requirements:** - Completion of required health history and immunization documents. - Additional onboarding requirements include various forms of verification, skills checklists, and background checks. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
