**Job Title: Physical Therapist** **Location:** One Medical Plaza, Pampa, TX 79065 **Shift:** 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM **Duration:** 13 weeks **Weekend Requirement:** As per department needs **Holiday Requirement:** As per department needs **On-call Requirement:** No **COVID Patient Care:** Yes **Dress Code:** Scrubs (no specific colors) **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Pampa, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and hold a current state Physical Therapy license. You will play a critical role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients both on inpatient and outpatient units, including swing bed patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or conditions. - Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver appropriate physical therapy services. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. - Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with departmental policies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. - Current state Physical Therapy license. - BCLS certification (American Heart Association) at the time of hire and maintain throughout employment. - Experience in an inpatient and outpatient setting preferred. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccination (required upon onboarding). - Immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, TB test. - Completion of a fit test, drug screening, and criminal background check is mandatory. **Additional Notes:** - N/A for specific bill rates or pay rates. - A driver’s license or state ID is required for onboarding purposes. - Professional references and a resume are required for submission.
