**Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Rehab Optima and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver personalized rehabilitation services to patients, ensuring adherence to care plans. - Utilize Rehab Optima software for documentation and patient management. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and progress. - Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and outcomes. - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and goals. **Qualifications:** - Active and valid state license. - Previous experience with Rehab Optima is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. **Credentialing Requirements:** Candidates must be prepared to provide the following documentation: - State license verification - Current resume - Three professional references - County criminal background check for the past 7 years for all counties worked and resided - Federal criminal background check for the past 7 years - Multi-state criminal search for the past 7 years - Nationwide sex offender search for the past 7 years - HHS/OIG search - GSA search - Social security number trace - 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON test or proof of positive PPD with chest X-ray - SAM search - Maryland state background check - CPR certification - Immunization records for Hepatitis B (or declination), Tdap (or declination), and flu shot (or declination) **Position Urgency:** Normal **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
