**Job Title: RN - Orthopedic Surgical (Night Shift)** **Job Description:** We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic Surgical Unit for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the orthopedic-surgical specialty and will be committed to providing high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopedic surgical unit. - Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. - Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-operative care. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. **Requirements:** - Active RN license verified through Nursys. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgical nursing. - Ability to work holidays and provide coverage as needed. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be able to provide a work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, and certification card. **Work Hours:** - Night shift, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. - Contract duration: 54 weeks. **Application Instructions:** Candidates are required to upload their demographic information, including a badge-appropriate picture, to their profile as part of the application process. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
