**Job Description: Night Shift Nurse (12-Hour)** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing exceptional patient care during the night hours, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during the night shift. - Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed. **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred. **Shift Details:** - Position Type: Night Shift - Shift Duration: 12 hours - Contract Length: 91 weeks --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
