**Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma Level 1 Experience Required** **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Location:** [Location details will be determined upon application] **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position at a Trauma Level 1 facility. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience working with the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system and a strong background in trauma care. The nursing professional will work three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday, providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Float to other units as necessary, ensuring you are qualified for tasks and competencies as documented. - Maintain patient safety, dignity, and comfort at all times. - Participate in patient rounding, medication administration, and other relevant nursing duties. - Complete required modules and training prior to the start of the assignment. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility. - EPIC EMR experience (1-year minimum required). - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Strong curriculum vitae (CV) demonstrating relevant experience and skills. - Charge nurse experience preferred. **Unit Details:** - Patient Ratios: Day - 7, Night - 5, Weekend - 3 - Daily Census: Approximately 145 patients. - Full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and transportation. **Benefits of Working with Us:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
