**Job Description: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)** We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This position offers a schedule of 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM for four days a week, specializing in cardiac and vascular cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients within the Cardiovascular Laboratory. - Communicate continuously with physicians regarding patient conditions and collaborate effectively with the Cardiovascular Laboratory team. - Monitor and record patient physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. - Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment is functioning and ready for use. - Manage inventory and obtain necessary supplies for each case. - Participate in performance and continuous quality improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required. - Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. - Minimum of one year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required. **Certifications and Assessments:** - Required compliance with various health history and physical requirements, including COVID-19 vaccine, annual TB Test, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Tdap, and Varicella immunizations. - Completion of basic pharmacology and core competencies exams upon onboarding. - Valid driver’s license/state ID and Social Security card needed for onboarding. - Undergo a criminal background check as part of the hiring process. **Why Choose Us?** Join our team and experience the benefits of working with a leading healthcare staffing firm.
