**Job Title: Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp to Perm** **Location: Washington State** **Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)** **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary to permanent position at an outpatient cardiology clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology with a focus on adult cardiac patients, including LVAD and advanced cardiac support clinics. This role requires candidates to be licensed in Washington and willing to convert to a permanent position after the initial contract period. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult cardiac patients. - Conduct patient assessments and develop nursing care plans. - Administer medications, perform procedures, and interpret lab results. - Educate patients and their families about cardiac health and preventive care. - Assist with on-site training with an MD to enhance understanding of cardiology oncology. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal patient care. **Schedule:** - Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM - No weekend or on-call requirements **Qualifications:** - Valid Washington state RN license or compact license. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in cardiology. - Strong understanding of cardiology practices and patient care. - Previous inpatient cardiac experience is required. - Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred. **Preferred Skills (not required):** - Experience in oncology nursing. - Ability to float between similar units as needed. **Facility Highlights:** - Focus on outpatient cardiology with an emphasis on specialized patient care. - Advanced treatments including LVAD management, interventional procedures, and patient education. **Why Work with Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
