**Job Description: Nurse - Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team for the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As an essential member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients during the nighttime hours. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established guidelines and protocols. - Monitor patient health and assess vital signs to ensure safe and effective care. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, following legal and ethical standards. - Continue to uphold a clean and safe environment for all patients and staff. **Qualifications:** - Current Nursys license is required. - Verification of previous licenses/certifications is mandatory. - Must complete the Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist for onboarding. - Up-to-date personal health history, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap (optional), and Fit Test. - A Driver's License or State ID is necessary. - Two professional references and a criminal background check are required. - Employment verification and a resume submission are mandatory. **Additional Requirements:** - Annual TB questionnaire and a physical/health statement are prerequisites for onboarding. - Successful candidates will undergo a drug screening process. **Position Details:** - Contract Length: 89 Weeks - Full-time availability required for night shifts.
