**Job Title: Float Pool Nurse** **Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM** **Overview:** We are seeking skilled and adaptable Float Pool Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing flexible staffing across various medical facilities, ensuring holistic care for patients in diverse clinical settings. Ideal candidates must be proficient in managing their patient load independently and possess a wide range of nursing skills to meet the diverse needs of multiple units. **Key Responsibilities:** - Float between different facilities and units within the healthcare network, adhering to identified schedules. - Provide comprehensive care in Med/Tele and Med/Surg units, as well as Emergency Departments (ED) as needed. - Support critical care units and step-down areas, ensuring high-quality standards of patient care across settings. - Adapt swiftly to the varying demands of each unit of work. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license with the ability to practice in multiple facilities. - Extensive clinical experience, ideally in Med/Tele, ED, or Critical Care settings. - Demonstrated capability to work independently and handle the full scope of patient care. - Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to different clinical environments and patient populations. **Position Expectations:** - Must be prepared to float between six different facilities daily as needed. - Expect notifications approximately two hours prior to assigned shifts. - Potential for mid-shift floating based on operational needs. **Certifications:** - Required certifications include Nursys registration and relevant clinical competency assessments. - Additional health screenings and immunizations as outlined in the onboarding process. **Why Choose Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
