**Job Title: Operating Room Nurse - Scrub & Circulate** **Shift:** Day (3x12-Hour: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM) **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse with a strong background in scrubbing and circulating. As part of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, or robotics procedures and possess excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures. - Scrub and circulate in the Operating Room for various specialties including neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, and robotics. - Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team. - Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols. - Document all patient care activities accurately and maintain records according to policy. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience. - Proven experience in scrubbing and circulating various surgical procedures. - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 45 cases across 17 rooms. - Strong experience in at least two of the following specialties: Neuro/Neuro Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, Vascular, and Robotics. - BCLS certification required. **Additional Information:** - No call or float required. - Orientation period of 36 hours minimum, excluding Epic training. - Candidates must be willing to work during holidays and adhere to scheduling requirements. **Unit Details:** - Highly collaborative environment supported by interdisciplinary teams. - Utilization of PYXIS and EPIC for efficient patient management and documentation.
