**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU** **Shift:** 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks **Positions Available:** 1 **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic and challenging ICU setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to our diverse patient population. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with occasional medical-surgical overflow. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and manage medical equipment. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using Medhost/Clinician. - Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and comfort. - Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care. **Requirements:** - Current RN Licensure. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, particularly in critical care settings. - Strong experience in Medhost/Clinician is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Must be residing more than 50 miles from the facility. **Scrubs:** Any solid color. **General Comments:** No block scheduling available.
