**Job Title: CT Technologist** **Location:** Wilson, NC **Shift:** Various shifts available, including 1st (M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM), 2nd (12 PM - 10 PM), and 3rd (M-TH, 9:30 PM - 8 AM). Weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday (7 AM - 7 PM). **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our Radiology team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations. The ideal candidate will be CT registered and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate imaging results for diagnosis and treatment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform CT examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards. - Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. - Operate CT equipment and maintain its functionality. - Provide quality control by performing routine checks on equipment performance and cleanliness. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and determine appropriate patient care. - Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech EHR. **Qualifications:** - Required: CT certification and registration. - Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience. - Skills in BLS, IV insertion, and 3D post-processing are essential. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 294 - Equipment: GE CT machines - Patient Ratios: Vary based on volume - Supervisor: Radiology Manager **Additional Information:** - Call Requirements: Every 4th weekend from Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7 AM for specific shifts. - Dress Code: Scrubs, with acceptable attire limited to professional wear. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
