**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - 12-Hour AM Shift** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a 12-hour AM shift. The ideal candidate will assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. As an RN, you will possess a deep knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current best practices. Utilizing the nursing process, you will collaborate with patients, their families, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess patients’ healthcare needs and develop nursing care plans. - Implement and evaluate patient care according to the nursing process. - Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. - Direct nursing support staff in delivering high-quality patient care. - Comply with nursing practice standards, as well as administrative and departmental policies and procedures. - Stay knowledgeable about advancements in nursing practices and protocols. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required). - Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (Preferred). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty area (Preferred). - Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (RN-LIC) (Required). - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required). **Skills:** - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Compassionate patient care approach. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
