**Job Title: Night Shift Nurse (Local Only)** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work well under pressure while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during the night shift. **Shift Information:** - **Shift Time:** 19:00 - 07:30 - **Contract Weeks:** 43 - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week - **Special Note:** Local candidates needed. This role includes every other weekend. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts. - Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding to changes in a timely manner. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care. **Qualifications:** - Active nursing license in good standing. - Clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
