**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift** **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid RN license, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, particularly in postpartum settings, and have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients, particularly postpartum mothers and newborns. - Perform vaginal examinations and monitor fetal health, utilizing intermediate fetal monitoring skills. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established guidelines. - Document all patient care activities in the EPIC charting system accurately and timely. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification is a plus. - Experience caring for postpartum patients and performing vaginal examinations preferred. - Ability to work with Covid-19 patients as needed. **Additional Requirements for Onboarding:** - Successful completion of the following: - Drug screening (minimum 10-panel test) - Color-blind test - Core competencies exam - Skills checklist - Criminal background check - I-9 form (Employment eligibility verification) - Personal health history requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, TB test, Influenza vaccine, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap. **Work Environment:** Expect a challenging and rewarding environment that requires compassion, resilience, and teamwork.
