**Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** Full-Time, 06:30 AM - 04:30 PM **Overview:** Join a leading healthcare facility that provides a wide range of critical services, including a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, and various surgical services. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to enhance our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating room. - Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. - Maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterile and ready for use. - Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgical procedures. - Administer medications and follow protocols for anesthesia and sedation. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. **Qualifications:** - Current RN licensure (ADN or BSN) required. - A minimum of one year of experience in an Operating Room setting is preferred. - Strong clinical skills, particularly in orthopedic or neurosurgical procedures are a plus. - Must possess basic life support (BLS) certification. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 13 - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - Equipment includes advanced robotics (Davinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table. - EHR System: Cerner - Patient Population: Primarily adults, with minimal pediatric cases (outpatient). **Additional Information:** - Weekend call requirements: 7 days per month (including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). - Dress code is professional scrubs; a scrub machine is provided for laundering. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
