**Job Title: Travel Med Surg RN** **Shift:** Nights - 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM **Duration:** 13 Weeks **Location:** Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg RN for a travel nursing position with an immediate start. This role requires a compassionate, adaptable nurse who is focused on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts. - Assess and monitor patient conditions and record vital signs. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. - Provide patient education and support to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care. **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license in the state of practice (or eligible for licensure). - Current certifications in BLS and PALS. - Minimum of [insert years of experience, if applicable] years of experience in a Med Surg unit. - Ability to float to other units as needed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. **Requirements:** - Submission should include all relevant certifications. - Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility. - Must adhere to the specified dress code of royal blue scrubs. **Additional Details:** - Contract weeks: 13 - Total number of positions: 1 - A detailed overview of the work schedule will be provided upon selection. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
