**Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist** **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM **Location:** Summerville, SC **Unit:** Neuro/Body Interventional Radiology **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Body and Neuro Interventional Radiology. The Technologist will be responsible for assisting in various interventional procedures, including but not limited to Kyphoplasty, Arteriogram, Nephrostomy, and Neuroendovascular procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and operate imaging equipment during interventional procedures. - Assist physicians with the conducting of procedures, including embolization, coiling, carotid stents, and central line placements. - Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times. - Ensure all necessary documentation in the Meditech system is accurately completed. - Provide patient education and support team members in workflow optimization. **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 124 - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** Monday-Friday (variable day shifts), holiday, and call requirements in rotation with hospital employees.
