**Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse** **Shift: Monday to Friday, Days** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. New graduates are welcome to apply, and prior SNF experience is preferred. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the well-being and recovery of patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions. - Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** - Current state nursing license verification. - Completion of a pre-screening checklist upon application submission, including a resume and references (3). - Successful completion of background checks, including county and federal criminal searches (7 years), a multi-state criminal search, nationwide sex offender search, HHS/OIG search, GSA search, and social security number trace. - Valid PPD or Quantiferon test results, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray. - Negative drug screen results are required prior to the start date. - LA Fire Safety Card (required every 4 years). **Urgency:** Normal **Contract Duration:** 18 weeks --- **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
