**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, Day Shift **Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced nurses who have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. - Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatments. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license. - Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. - Current CPR certification. - Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. **Credentialing Requirements:** Before submitting your application, please ensure the following documents are included: - State License Verification - Updated Resume - Three References - Background Checks including County Criminal (7 years), Federal Criminal (7 years), Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years), Nationwide Sex Offender Search, HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Maryland State Background - Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination - Proof of Tdap vaccination or declination - Proof of flu shot or declination **Additional Information:** - A Covid-19 test is required within 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to the start.
