**Job Title: Long-Term Care Nurse** **Shift: Varied Shift Scheduling (8-Hour Shifts)** Days: 0730 - 1530 Evenings: 1500 - 2330 Nights: 2300 - 0730 **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Nurse to join our team in a hospital-affiliated long-term care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, including but not limited to: - Performing patient assessments and evaluations - Administering treatments and medications as prescribed - Communicating pertinent patient information to the MD/NP - Assisting with patient admissions and discharges - Supporting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Providing specialized care such as gastrostomy tube management, urinary catheter maintenance, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care - Participating in the management of all assigned duties as directed **Qualifications:** - Must have experience working in a facility utilizing Epic EMR within the last 12 months - Strong foundation in Epic with the ability to demonstrate proficiency during facility orientation - Required documentation of immunity (no medical or religious exemptions accepted) - Clearance documentation is required at least two weeks prior to the assignment start date - Availability for varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime **Urgency:** Normal **Contract Duration:** 70 weeks At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
