**Job Title: US Tech - Winter Shift - 4x10-Hour Days** **Shift Details:** - Schedule: Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) - On-call: Yes (1-2 nights per week) - Weekend Coverage: Occasionally required - Block Scheduling: Required **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled US Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team for the winter season. The ideal candidate will excel in an acute care environment, providing high-quality imaging and support services across different hospital units. This position is focused on delivering patient care in varying atmospheres including inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct ultrasound examinations across multiple specialties including obstetrics, vascular, and abdomen. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and ensure patient safety. - Rotate between three areas of the hospital: inpatient, outpatient (breast ultrasound), and obstetrics. - Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Epic charting system. - Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care. **Qualifications:** - Required License: Valid MT or Compact RN license - Preferred: Experience in trauma level II facilities, charge experience, and familiarity with Epic charting system. - Certifications: ARDMS, BLS, RDCS - RVT, and others as specified. - Skills: Strong proficiency in various ultrasound procedures, including fetal anatomical surveys, amniocentesis, and Doppler studies. **Working Conditions:** - Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care/ Level II Trauma - Total Staff Beds: 209 - Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics - Daily Census: 8-10 patients. **Staffing and Compliance:** - Travelers must be prepared to float within the facility. - Must provide two supervisory references covering at least one year of experience. - Compliance documents to be submitted by deadline. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
