**Job Description: Local Nursing Position** We are currently seeking qualified nursing professionals for a local position requiring guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week. This contract spans 79 weeks and is designed for dedicated individuals looking to enhance their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical settings. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. - Monitor patient progress and report any changes to relevant medical staff. - Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies. - Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans. **Requirements:** - Active nursing license in good standing. - Previous nursing experience preferred. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts. **Shift:** 18:30 - 07:00 This position is local only, meaning successful candidates will work primarily within their own geographic area, enhancing continuity of care and minimizing travel stress.
