**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Other Medical Staff** **Shift:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM **Location:** Asheville, NC **Position Overview:** We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other essential medical staff to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. - Participate in an initial four-hour hospital orientation followed by an eight-hour shift on the floor. - Adhere to dress code guidelines according to your role (e.g., RNs in navy, CNAs in galaxy blue). **Role Requirements:** - Current nursing license or CNA certification for respective positions. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Clocking Instructions:** For timekeeping, please dial 533 from an approved Kronos phone.
