**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)** **Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care nursing, particularly in critical care settings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. - Provide direct patient care within the established scope of practice. - Promote patient and family education and guide other nursing personnel in delivering high-quality care while upholding ICU standards. - Maintain accountability for the care of assigned patients, ensuring effective communication with physicians regarding any changes in clinical conditions. - Monitor hemodynamic status, interpret diagnostic studies, and address abnormal results and symptomatology. - Respond dynamically and precisely to changes in patients' conditions and treatment responses. - Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid state RN license. - BLS and ACLS certifications. - A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital or critical care setting. - Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification is preferred. - COVID-19 vaccination and boosters are preferred. - Proficient in EPIC EMR. - Completion of required onboarding processes, including health screenings and competency evaluations. **Additional Requirements for Onboarding:** - Driver's License/State ID - COVID-19 Vaccine documentation - MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test documentation - Completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening - Criminal background check and employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) **Join Our Team!** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
