**Job Title: Registered Nurse** **Shift: 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM** **Guaranteed Hours: 36** **Contract Duration: 84 Weeks** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a skilled nursing facility, where you will provide essential care to a community of up to 30 residents. In this role, you will manage medication administration independently due to the absence of medication technicians currently available. You will also be responsible for completing all required training prior to beginning your hands-on work on the floor. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. - Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions, ensuring proper documentation. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to maintain knowledge of best practices in nursing care. - Maintain a clean and respectful environment for residents at all times. - Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and procedures.
