**Job Title: Healthcare Provider** **Shift:** Monday - Friday, Days **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 Hours Per Week **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess the necessary certifications and background checks as outlined in our credentialing checklist. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in a day-shift setting. - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Stay updated with the latest healthcare guidelines and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Valid state license. - Current resume detailing professional experience. - Three references from previous employers or colleagues. - Background checks including county criminal, federal criminal, multi-state criminal, and nationwide sex offender searches (7 years or more). - HHS/OIG, GSA, and SAM searches completed. - Social Security Number trace and communicable disease form signed. - Required PPD or Quantiferon test results, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray. - Specific background checks as required by Pennsylvania and Oregon regulations. **Employment Benefits:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
