**Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a valid nursing license, have experience within a skilled nursing facility, and be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and policies. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing compassionate care. - Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to confidentiality standards. **Qualifications:** - Current and active state nursing license. - Preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). - No new graduates, please. - Must provide a COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to starting. **Credentialing Requirements:** Before submitting your application, please ensure that the following documents are prepared and attached: - State license verification - Updated resume - Three professional references - County criminal background check for the last seven years for all counties lived and worked - Federal criminal background check for the last seven years or more - Multi-state criminal search for the last seven years or more - Nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years or more - HHS/OIG search - GSA search - Social Security Number trace - 2-step PPD or Quantiferon results, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray - SAM search **Position Urgency:** Normal **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks (32 guaranteed hours per week) --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
