**Job Title: CT/X-Ray Technologist - Lead/Supervisor** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist with supervisory and leadership skills to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in diagnostic imaging, specifically in Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray procedures. The ideal candidate will not only possess technical expertise but also demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of imaging professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures. - Oversee and supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. - Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. - Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. - Assist in the training and development of new staff members. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. - Handle any emergent imaging needs effectively and competently. - Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of imaging equipment. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of current experience in CT and X-ray imaging. - Previous supervisory or lead experience required. - Current ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (R). - Eligible for New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association. **Additional Information:** - This position requires the candidate to have their own vehicle. - Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) will not be considered. - A maximum of five days of requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application. - Candidates must be willing to work during holidays and weekends, as needed. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
