**Job Title: Operating Room Nurse** **Shift:** 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM **Position Type:** Full-Time **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks **Call Requirement:** Yes **Number of Positions:** 1 **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse who demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the operating room environment. As an integral member of the surgical team, you will collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and other medical personnel to ensure exceptional patient care in accordance with state nursing practice laws, regulatory standards, and hospital policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Anticipate and plan for the care of the patient undergoing surgery. - Ensure timely preparation of surgical cases and availability of necessary supplies. - Communicate effectively with patients' families to keep them informed regarding surgeries. - Update and maintain physician preference cards. - Scrub and assist surgeons during surgical procedures. - Supervise and support personnel delivering patient care in the operating room. **Qualifications:** - Experience in orthopedic, spine, robotics, and vascular surgery is required. - Current nursing license as per state regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a surgical team. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
