**Job Title: MRI Technologist** **Shift:** 14:30 - 23:00 **Location:** Methodist Hospital, 7700 Floyd Curl Dr, SL2 North Tower **Unit Overview:** Join a dynamic team in a specialized MRI unit with 5 MRI scanners and a highly skilled staff of 15 technologists. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and performing a range of diagnostic imaging procedures. **Responsibilities:** - Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of the brain, body, and extremities. - Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). - Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members. - Adhere to established protocols and safety standards. **Qualifications:** - **Required Certifications:** ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT. - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology. - **Skills:** BLS certification required. **Personality Fit:** The ideal candidate should be motivated, friendly, and possess strong communication skills. A proactive approach to patient care and teamwork is essential. **Work Schedule:** - Weekend shifts: - Day shift: 3 Technologists (07:00 - 15:00), 2 Technologists (15:00 - 23:00) - Night shift: 1 Technologist (23:00 - 07:00) **Dress Code:** Scrub color/attire: Olive top and black bottoms (flexible for contract staffing). **General Comments:** This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a team committed to excellence in patient care.
