**Job Title: CT Technician** **Shift:** 14:00 - 10:30 **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled CT Technician with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be a certified CT technologist with a current CPR certification and a valid Virginia license. The CT Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including but not limited to head CT scans, chest scans, and abdomen/pelvis scans, both with and without contrast. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform high-quality CT scans on patients in accordance with established protocols. - Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. - Maintain equipment, ensuring it is in safe working condition. - Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. - Keep accurate records and documentation of procedures performed. **Requirements:** - Certification as a CT technologist. - Current CPR certification. - Valid Virginia state license. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital imaging settings. - Proficiency in performing various CT procedures. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with IV contrast administration. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Dress Code:** Navy scrubs. **Position Type:** Contract, with guaranteed hours over 91 weeks. **Number of Positions Available:** 1 --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
