**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 12-hour shifts; 1845-0715, every other weekend **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for overseeing the overall nursing practice of the unit during the assigned shift and will report directly to the Unit Director/Manager. In the absence of the Unit Director/Manager, responsibilities will shift to the Clinical Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Coordinator. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans to effectively address those needs. - Execute nursing measures and evaluate the effectiveness of care and treatment protocols. - Serve as an effective team member and act as a liaison between patients and staff. - Promote harmonious communication skills within the team. - Maintain professional, compassionate communication with patients, families, and colleagues at all times. - Demonstrate a high level of mental and emotional resilience when managing challenging situations, utilizing tact, sensitivity, and sound judgment. **Qualifications:** - A minimum of 2 years of previous RN experience is required. - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, with renewal every two years. - Exceptional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. **Skills and Abilities:** - Ability to function effectively as part of a healthcare team. - Strong professionalism and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice. - Competence in using the nursing process for patient care. **Join Our Team:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
