**Job Title: Medical Surgical Nurse (Days)** **Shift:** Days - 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM **Contract Duration:** 42 weeks We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med-Surg setting, with telemetry experience preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical surgical unit. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and manage intravenous therapy. - Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care. - Perform assessments and communicate effectively with physicians and other team members. **Qualifications:** - Must have at least 2 years of experience in a medical surgical nursing role. - Telemetry experience is preferred. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA). - Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
